Known for continually innovating financial technology, Tradeweb is always one step ahead of the trading industry’s rising demands. A growing outreach has fostered highly specialized internal divisions, each with its own culture. These visual identities are part of our inspiration to create fun loving spaces so that every employee feels represented.
Comprised of several divisions, each of Tradeweb’s brands has developed its own identity that we have melded into their new reception, kitchen, and lounge. The exploration of colors and shapes makes for a fun and functional space.
The reception desk and casual seating is made of series of arcs and circles derived from Tradeweb’s symbolic globe icon. The combined lounge and pantry opens up more flexible space for eating, casual meetings, and larger internal events giving everyone a place to recharge throughout the day.
